SCT3604 is a high-gain, high-efficiency power amplifier for wideband CW or FM signal amplification from 130 MHz to 1 GHz, aimed particularly at VHF and UHF two-way radios, RFID and other FM, FSK and ASK applications. The chip is built on a silicon process; input and output matching is implemented on the PCB and can be adjusted easily for optimum power and efficiency. It comes in a low thermal resistance 5 × 5 mm QFN28 package.
