SCT3811 is a direct conversion receiver IC with PowerTrade™, the ability to dynamically select power versus performance modes to optimise operating trade-offs. It contains a broadband LNA with gain control followed by a high dynamic range, very high IIP2 I/Q demodulator; the receiver baseband section adds amplifiers and precise, configurable-bandwidth filter stages. An external LO input with dividers allows flexible multi-band operation. It runs from a single 3.3 V supply over -40 to +85 °C in a small 40-pin VQFN package.

    • Precise filtering with 1:2:4 bandwidth select control
    • Mixer bandwidth up to 20 MHz
    • Baseband section with amplifiers and configurable-bandwidth filter stages
  • Local oscillator and control
    • External LO input with Rx LO divide by 2, 4 or 6
    • Tx LO output with divide by 1, 2, 4 or 6
    • C-BUS register interface
  • Single 3.3 V supply
    • 3.0 – 3.6 V operation
    • -40 to +85 °C operating range
